What Facilities Are Available?
No matter what your group size, we have a facility that’s just right. Here are some of the possibilities.
- East Cove Conference Building – 1,000 square feet of fully equipped kitchen and 2,700 square feet of meeting space divided into two open spaces. Book this for a family reunion or corporate meeting that includes up to 100. Facilities include three bathrooms, multi-level decks and pool access.
- East Cove Pavilion – For your outdoor event reserve 2,100 feet of covered space that seats up to 200. Nearby you’ll find horse shoe pits and a fire ring. Electricity and a small kitchen are also available.
- Lodge Conference Building – For a more intimate gathering, reserve 1,000 square feet of indoor space that seats between 45 and 75 people.
What Type of Food Do Caterers Serve?
Our catering staff does all the hard work so you can just enjoy. We’ll walk you through the planning process, cook it, serve it and clean up after.
If you want guests to enjoy your event, professional caterers recommend you get to know your guests, their backgrounds, and their typical cuisine choices. Some guests have adventurous taste buds and want to try unusual or spicy cuisine. Others have dietary restrictions like lactose, dairy or gluten intolerance. You may also have vegans or vegetarians in your group.
If your group has mixed food preferences, offer a range of choices for your appetizers, entrees and buffet choices so everyone leaves happy. Our catering options include something for everyone, and if you don’t see it on our menu, you just have to ask.
Your health-conscious guests will enjoy options like our chilled jumbo peel-and-eat shrimp with cocktail sauce, Mediterranean salad or the Healthy Start Buffet. Even the pickiest little eaters like our mozzarella stuffed cheese sticks, Italian buffet and peach cobbler.

Every day is special at Mountain Harbor Resort, but the holidays are magical. When you plan your holiday party here, you’re guaranteed an unforgettable experience. From the moment your guests arrive, they’ll be surrounded by sparkling lights and Christmas decorations. We deck facilities in holiday cheer and add seasonal items to our menu choices.
